If you would like to return an item purchased on us.VilhelmParfumerie.com, you have 14 days from your order's fulfillment date.

How to Start a Return

Customers are responsible for a fixed $15 return shipping fee. To begin your return, please visit:

Return Conditions

Please note that the item must be in unused, and sell-able condition and all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, etc, must be returned in order for a refund to be issued. Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are nonrefundable. We will not accept returns or replacements for products whose boxes/packaging are ripped, creased, crushed, or missing; or if any significant amount of fragrance is used.

Please note: We are only able to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders placed directly through our official website. Orders placed in store or through third-party retailers must be handled by the original seller.

*All returnable products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that are found to be opened, used, or damaged may result in store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method.

Any return requests made after 14 business days from your order's fulfillment date will not be refunded.

We will issue a refund/replacement once we receive the item, granted that it is in sellable condition.

Final Sale Items

Please note that the following items are nonrefundable and final sale:

  • Individual sample vials

  • Sample sets

Reshipments

All items requested for re-order are waived the entire amount of refund of the product requested for shipment. All items are subject to review through the appropriate allocated customer care team to initiate store credit on a case-to-case basis.

International Returns

The return procedures above apply only to U.S. orders.

Vilhelm Parfumerie does not support international returns and does not provide:

  • Return shipping labels

  • Coverage for international return shipping expenses

  • Responsibility for customs fees or lost packages

If you're located outside the United States and wish to return an item, and your return meets the conditions above, you must coordinate the return shipment at your own expense to the following address:

Right to Refuse Returns

Vilhelm Parfumerie US reserves the right to deny any and all requests made for refund and resubmitted orders for shipment or returned products.
