Step 1
Select the perfumes you want to buy and add them to your basket. Once your basket is complete, click on "check out".

Is it your first order ? Please create your account. Already have an account ? You just need to login with your email address and password.
Step 3
- Information stage: enter your shipping information and click on "continue to shipping".
- Shipping stage: choose your delivery method and click on "continue to payment".
- Payment stage: choose your payment method, enter your billing information and click on "pay now".

Your order is registered. In a few minutes, a confirmation email will be sent into your mailbox. We will prepare your package with great care.

Once you place an order, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
*Please note, express shipping methods account for transit time only, not including the order processing period.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact our customer service as soon as possible we will do our best to help you.
Please note that cancelling or modifying an order is never guaranteed, as we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely fulfillment. We will always do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot promise changes once the order has been placed.
If your order is already being prepared, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it. In this case, you must send us back your unwanted item by mail. More information on return conditions can be found here.
My order never arrived. What should I do ?
We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience. Please contact customer service by email at Contact Us and we will do our best to resolve your situation as soon as possible.
If we determine your order was lost or undelivered, we will send a replacement. Please note that by accepting the replacement, you waive your right to a monetary refund for the original order. Any return of the replacement item will result in store credit only.
*High-value orders may need to be evaluated by our team or submitted through our insurance provider before reshipment.
I received my package but there is a problem. What should I do ?
We make every effort to ensure you receive your orders in the best conditions. If your package is damaged, if your item is missing or if you have an item you did not order, contact our customer service team and we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us and include

• Your order number
• Name on the order
• Email used to place the order
• Photo and/or video clearly showing the issue
*Please photograph or record the product on a clean, flat surface with the issue clearly visible. This helps us resolve your order and improve future production.

Once the returned products are received and inspected, the return will usually take 5-10 business days to be processed.

How can I return my package?
If you would like to return an item purchased on us.VilhelmParfumerie.com, you have 14 days from your order's fulfillment date. All customers are responsible for a fixed $10 fee for all returns by clicking on this link: https://us-vilhelm-parfumerie.loopreturns.com/#/. All parts must still be on the items and the items must be in unused, perfect condition.
All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in store credit. Any return requests made after 14 business days from your order's fulfillment date will not be refunded.
I have tried/opened the fragrance and/ the packaging of the bottle is opened/unsealed. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, if the packaging of the bottle has been opened or if the bottle is used, we cannot refund you.
Samples of our perfumes are available on our website and we invite our fellow perfume lovers to purchase samples before committing to a biggest size.
We also include a sample of the full-size fragrance you ordered, so you can try it before opening the sealed bottle.
